1. Returns Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
3. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, as appropriate.
